B. ONCE A BONA FIDE INFRINGEMENT NOTICE IS RECEIVED:

Upon receiving a valid complaint, we will promptly remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content.

C. PROCEDURE TO FILE A COUNTER-NOTICE:

If you believe that the removed content is not infringing or that you have the legal right to use it (e.g., fair use or permission from the rights owner), you may file a counter-notice with the following information:

  1. Identification of the removed or restricted content and its previous location on the website.
